These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vvk8 platform, including the website located at https://vvk8.io, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services provided through those channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you, the individual user ("you", "the Player"), and vvk8 ("we", "us", "the Operator").

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether to browse content, register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. vvk8 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal registration: You must be registering solely on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate registrations or registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended vvk8 account. Each individual is entitled to hold only one account on the Platform at any time.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated through vvk8 or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.

vvk8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full functionality of the vvk8 Platform, including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must complete the vvk8 registration process and create a verified account ("Account").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.

vvk8 carries out verification checks on all accounts as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. These checks may occur at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other time determined by vvk8 at its reasonable discretion. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — including accounts in a different name, using a different email address, or using a different device — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members residing in the same household.
• vvk8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you have not been excluded from any gambling platform or programme in a manner that would prohibit your use of vvk8.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. vvk8 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password for your Account and that you do not reuse this password on any other platform or service.

You agree to notify vvk8 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your Account. Until you provide such notification, vvk8 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you, and you will bear full responsibility for any resulting losses.

• vvk8 will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. Any such request purporting to come from vvk8 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• vvk8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that Account security has been compromised.
• Two-factor authentication options, where available on the Platform, are strongly recommended and should be enabled by all players.

All financial transactions on the vvk8 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vvk8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. vvk8 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of vvk8.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by vvk8 within one hour of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing limits are as displayed in your Account cashier at the time of the request.
• vvk8 may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

vvk8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or potential money laundering activity associated with the Account. Any funds identified as deriving from fraudulent or illegal activity will be forfeited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

vvk8 may from time to time make bonus offers, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives available to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general provisions of this Clause 6.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vvk8 reserves the right to restrict any bonus offer to specific player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods at its discretion.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

• Amendment: vvk8 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion amendments, except where required by law or where abuse has been identified.

The vvk8 Platform offers a range of betting and gaming products, including a cricket and sports sportsbook, live casino games, and an online slots library. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are published on the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Sportsbook: All bets placed on the vvk8 sportsbook are accepted subject to the pre-match and in-play rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. vvk8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with obviously incorrect odds, markets that became available due to a technical error, or markets that were offered on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned.

Live Casino: Live casino games are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. • Bets placed after the closure of a market, whether due to match commencement or technical error, will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvk8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is strictly prohibited.
• False information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing use of the Platform.
• Underage access: Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, exploiting promotions, or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game or market in a manner that distorts natural play or constitutes match-fixing.

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; or engaging in any other form of financial fraud in connection with your Account.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Platform's technical infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or any other method.

All content on the vvk8 Platform — including but not limited to the vvk8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of vvk8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of vvk8.
• Use the vvk8 brand name, logo, or any other Platform trademark in any context without the prior written consent of vvk8.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code that forms part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of vvk8's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property legislation. vvk8 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vvk8 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any interruption to, suspension of, or cessation of the Platform or any service provided through it.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, network interruption, or data corruption affecting the Platform.
• Any bet or game outcome that you dispute, except where a clear error on vvk8's part has been demonstrated and reported within the applicable dispute timeframe.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials in accordance with Clause 4.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into or accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit vvk8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where vvk8 is found to be liable to you despite the limitations above, the total aggregate liability of vvk8 to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vvk8 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at vvk8.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14 below. Any bets or games that were in progress at the time the revised Terms took effect will be settled under the Terms that were in force at the time those bets were placed.

Closure by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting vvk8 support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and the minimum withdrawal thresholds in force at that time. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by vvk8: vvk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to Clause 8 (Prohibited Conduct).
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Legal, regulatory, or court order requiring the closure or restriction of the Account.
• The Platform ceasing to make its services available to players in your jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by vvk8 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, vvk8 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and to forfeit funds where the breach involved fraudulent or illegal activity. vvk8 will provide written notification of any such decision to the email address associated with the Account.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between you and vvk8 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting vvk8 support at [email protected] and providing a clear written description of the issue, the outcome you are seeking, and any supporting evidence. vvk8 will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and will work in good faith to reach a resolution within 30 business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
